Odyssey Awarded Prime EPASS Contract Supporting AFLCMC Armament Directorate

Our team has been awarded the prime contract to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB) through the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) contract. The single-award, five-year contract consolidates three predecessor contracts and carries a ceiling value exceeding $725 million. Our scope includes acquisition, engineering, test, logistics, financial, and specialty support across Air Force armament programs—from air dominance and munitions to next-generation weapons development. The company is expanding its presence in the Eglin AFB area in support of the award, with additional growth planned near Hill AFB and Robins AFB.

WRAIR Diarrheal Disease Research Contract Reawarded

Life Sciences Group BadgeThe Life Sciences team has been reawarded a contract to support the Diarrheal Disease Research (DDR) department within the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). Partnering with Goldbelt Apex, the five-year effort focuses on developing prophylactics, vaccines, and therapeutics against Shigella, Campylobacter, and Enterotoxigenic E. coli—pathogens that collectively represent a significant source of illness among deployed warfighters. The DDR team has contributed to the development of seven vaccine products to date, including one that has reached Phase II clinical trial.

Dr. Douglas Blake Joins as Director of Operations; Niceville Office Opens

Dr. Douglas BlakeDr. Douglas Blake has joined the team as Director of Operations, leading regional operations and overseeing the new office in Niceville, Florida. Blake brings four decades of leadership experience spanning active-duty Air Force service, senior roles within the Air Force Test Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Office of Naval Research, and most recently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Reliance Test and Technology, LLC. His appointment directly supports our expanding mission at Eglin AFB, where the team is delivering lifecycle management support for Air Force weapons systems and advanced technologies.
