Odyssey offers employees the choice between a Blue Cross Blue Shield High Deductible Health Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan.
Our Delta Dental plan offers three levels of coverage, through a network of providers nationwide.
EyeMed’s PPO plan offers low out-of-pocket costs for in-network services and flexibility to use any provider.
Odyssey offers TRICARE supplement health benefits for retired military and their families.
Odyssey offers both Health Care and Dependent Care pre-tax Flexible Savings Accounts.
Odyssey employer-paid and voluntary options provide additional protection for team members and their loved ones in the event of accidental injury, death, or disability.
Odyssey offers both traditional 401k and Roth 401k, matching 40% of an employee’s contribution up to 10% of eligible wages with immediate vesting of funds.
Full-time and variable hour Odyssey employees accrue time based on hours worked. In addition, we observe 11 paid holidays annually.
Odyssey employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement of up to $5000 per year.
