A Message From Matt Kasberg

Team Odyssey,

As we enter Spring 2026, I’m struck by the scale and pace of Odyssey’s growth, and even more so by the resilience and unity with which our teams continue to embrace this moment. Over the past several months, we’ve welcomed new teammates across multiple locations, integrated major programs, and expanded our impact in mission areas that matter deeply to our nation’s defense. This period of expansion is extraordinary, but what stands out most is how our culture and teamwork remain our greatest strength.

This year calls for leadership grounded in discipline, alignment, and shared ownership; qualities that sit at the core of our transformation into a large business. Our priorities for 2026 reflect this commitment: building strategic opportunity pipelines, driving operational resilience, strengthening cross-functional integration, and showcasing Odyssey’s engineering and technical excellence across the Department of War.

On a personal note, the past year has reminded me how energizing it is to meet our teams where you do your best work, whether at our sites, during transition events, or at community and industry engagements across the country. Seeing firsthand the pride you bring to the mission underscores why this company is so special and why I’m so grateful to serve alongside you.

You have driven our success to this point and are building the structure that will allow us to continue increasing our value to the warfighter with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Your contributions are essential to who we are and to the impact we deliver every day.

There is so much to be proud of, and even more to look forward to. Our foundation is strong, our momentum is real, and it is each of you who makes this next chapter possible. I am excited and optimistic about where we are headed and honored to lead Odyssey as we continue to grow, evolve, and deliver meaningful impact together.
