Welcome to Odyssey’s CTG Contract Transition Headquarters!
Here you will find a one-stop shop for Team Odyssey’s plans and processes for transitioning the TMAS 3 CTG Contract—please check this page frequently for announcements as it will be kept up to date to communicate steps throughout the transition. We understand contract transition periods can be demanding and we want to make sure everyone stays informed and has a clear understanding of the process. The TMAS 3 CTG contract will transition over the next 60 days. The current contract will continue to execute through their projected end dates of 30 September 2026. Initial activity will include communicating with all TMAS 3 CTG Incumbent Employees regarding all transition-related events and next steps.

Open Houses / Meet & Greets
We’re excited to share the time and location details for upcoming in‑person Open House events (see the column on the right for specific dates / times / locations). These gatherings are a chance for you to connect directly with our team, ask questions, and get to know more about Odyssey. You’ll also hear helpful updates about the transition process and what it means for you. These sessions are meant to be a welcoming space to learn, share, and feel confident about the road ahead. We look forward to seeing you there!
Placement Process
Team Odyssey is implementing a streamlined approach to incumbent placement activity. Rather than requiring the incumbent workforce to apply for individual roles and specific labor categories, we proactively collect essential information for all incumbent resources through a single-entry point.
For your convenience, we have provided a link to our workforce data collection system, iCIMS. Information we collect will help move smoothly through the transition timeline and enable contract execution to start as planned. Incumbent employee information will be leveraged to help expedite the Common Access Card (CAC) renewal process and ensure we have personal information to align you with the appropriate role on the new contract, regardless of which of our teaming partners you will be allocated to.
We ask that each TMAS 3 CTG incumbent employee complete the required fields using the button below as soon as is practical.
Timely submission of your information will help ensure key milestones are met, most importantly TMAS 3 CTG partner allocation processes and offer letter issuance. Team Odyssey, in coordination with our TMAS 3 CTG partners, will work together with you to ensure a smooth offer letter process is followed and that our priority remains on workforce stability and operational readiness of the TMAS 3 CTG work force without interruption.
As employee allocation assignments are completed, information will be communicated to align individuals to Odyssey or one of our partner companies. At that time, for employees that will be joining Odyssey, scheduling links will be provided to participate in the in-person or virtual placement events. Our teaming partners will have similar communications at the appropriate time to ensure appropriate placement event activity and that all offers are released and we are ready for seamless execution at the time of contract start.
Placement Events
For Odyssey allocated incumbents, in person placement events will occur 12, 13, 14 August in the Eglin AFB area, and 25-26 August in the San Antonio Area. For all other locations, placement events will be virtual and you will be able to sign up for a 30-minute slot between August 17th-27th. The invitation to reserve your spot will be sent via email, for both in-person and virtual events. You will meet with members of our Talent Acquisition, Operations, HR, and Security staff (please ensure you have created your profile and submitted your initial documents using the DATA COLLECTION button above).
If you’ve been allocated to one of our partners (Astrion, Cintel, Decision Point Security, or J.F. Taylor) please expect communication directly from them regarding next steps.
