Odyssey Systems Hires Industry Innovator Kevan Kivlan as Vice President, Corporate Integration

Kevin KivlanWakefield, Mass. – Apr. 7, 2025—Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd, a leading provider of integrated national security technology, engineering and program management capabilities, has hired recognized industry innovator Kevan Kivlan as Vice President, Corporate Integration.

Kevan brings over two decades of leadership experience to lead the organization’s operational integration functions including the Technical Center, Strategic Engagement, Enterprise Alignment, Talent Acquisition and Quality. His long-standing career at the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) includes driving transformation in customer service, market research, and operational excellence at Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) where he was the Director of the Office of Customer Care (OCC).

In 2016, Kevan founded and led Market Research as a Service (MRAS)—the first program of its kind in government—delivering on-demand, customized market intelligence to acquisition professionals across FAS and the broader federal community. Under his leadership, MRAS has become a critical enabler of smarter, data-informed acquisition decisions, directly supporting billions of dollars in procurement activity and setting a new standard for research-driven acquisition strategy.

Kevan has held leadership roles within federal procurement, business development, and supply chain management. His ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions earned him recognition as a 2020 Fed 100 Award winner for IT innovation. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Fitchburg State University and a Master of Science in Program and Project Management from Brandeis University. He also serves as an adjunct instructor at Brandeis, where he teaches graduate-level courses in project management, procurement strategy, and risk management.
