CAC Renewals

All employees transitioning to TMAS 3, regardless of employer, with an expiring CAC will need to renew their CAC in advance of the 30 September 2026 TMAS 2 PoP End Date (or earlier, if your CAC expires earlier than 30 September). Please follow the steps as outlined below based on your physical location.

For employees in the Eglin AFB area: Due to the volume of CAC renewals, Team Odyssey has specific dates and times reserved at both Eglin and Hurlburt CAC Offices—September 2nd, 8th, 14th, 18th, 23rd and 25th. At this time, the appointment schedule has been filled. Eglin-area employees that did not schedule a time through Odyssey will need to wait for an email to come from MP ICAM with instructions on how to renew your CAC. Appointments at Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field may be limited, but nearby offices such as Whiting Field, NAS Pensacola, or Duke Field may be able to accommodate you. To make arrangements directly, please visit: ID Card Office Online.

For all other employees in CONUS locations: Please wait for an email to come from MP ICAM with instructions on how to renew your CAC. Please follow the instructions for CAC renewal appointments based on information provided in the email. To find a location near you please visit: ID Card Office Online.

CAC Renewal FAQs:

Q: When is the updated CAC information scheduled to be uploaded into the MP ICAM System?
A: As of September 14th, the MP ICAM system has been updated for all locations on the TMAS 3 CTG contract. All incumbent employees should have received an email from MP ICAM saying your CAC renewal has been processed and you can proceed to a RAPIDS ID office to pick up your new CAC (appointments may be required). If you have not received this email, please email [email protected].

Q: When is the updated CAC information scheduled to be uploaded into the MP ICAM System?
A: The government is updating the information 30 days prior to the contract start date, which is September 2nd. Afternoon appointments at Eglin AFB, and walk-in appointments at Hurlburt Field scheduled for September 2nd should remain on schedule.

Q: I scheduled an appointment through Odyssey’s CAC scheduler. How can I change or confirm my appointment?
A: Please email [email protected].

Q: I am based in the Eglin area, but will be on TDY during the dates listed above. What should I do?
A: If you are traveling outside of the Eglin area, you can make an appointment at any RAPIDS ID Card Office near your duty location, after you have received the email from MP ICAM. If this is not feasible, please email [email protected] for special considerations.

Q. What is an Open House and do I need to bring anything to it?
An Open House is a chance for you and your team to meet our Transition Management staff. We’ll host a 30-45 min presentation around our company, the incoming contract leadership, and the steps head. You do not need to bring anything to an Odyssey Open House. All are welcome at Open House events, regardless of follow-on employer.

For our in-person Open Houses, there will be refreshments and light bites provided. There will also be time before and after the in-person Open House presentations for individual introductions and personalized questions/answers. Please RSVP to your local in-person event using the buttons provided under the Key Events section to the upper right.

While you don’t need to bring anything with you to an Open House, we ask that you submit your data to our data collection requisition under the Placement Process section above at your earliest convenience.
