Odyssey Secures Recompete Contract with U.S. Space Force Combat Forces Command to Bolster Critical Navigation Warfare Capabilities
Wakefield, Mass.—August 24, 2026—Odyssey, a leading provider of integrated defense capabilities and technologies, has secured a recompete contract to continue its partnership with the United States Space Force’s (USSF) Combat Forces Command (CFC) Global Mission Operations Division. The company will deliver comprehensive operations enablement, requirements, analyses, planning, programming, and budgeting in support of Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) activities for space-based positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT). The contract runs through May 28, 2030, with a base year plus three option years and an option for a six-month extension.
“The space domain threat landscape is evolving rapidly, and we are committed to accelerating U.S. Space Force operations and ensuring the warfighter always has a tactical advantage both on and above Earth,” said Chuck Helwig, Odyssey’s Executive Director, Space & Missile Defense. “We’re driving the repeatable, closed-loop processes that identify gaps while rapidly developing resilient and survivable PNT and GPS capabilities that align to USSPACECOM’s greatest NAVWAR priorities.”
Embedding directly within Global Mission Operations Division team workflows, Odyssey is hardening PNT capabilities by applying threat-informed analysis and driving alignment of joint stakeholders, concepts, and NAVWAR planning to field vital space-based capabilities. Through this contract, Odyssey is well positioned to enable the Space Warfighting Environment (SWE) 2040 priorities and ensure American and allied forces maintain a dominant ability to sense, communicate, navigate, strike, and survive in the highly contested space domain.
