The Odyssey Core Values Award was created to recognize Odyssey employees who consistently embody and convey our core values of commitment, ambition, and respect on a regular basis. These values transcend internal employee interactions, as well as with leadership, teammates, and customers. To submit your nomination please complete the simple form found at the link below (please note: you can access the form only while logged into your Odyssey Microsoft365 account).
In your nomination, please discuss how your colleague exemplifies Odyssey’s Core Values of Commitment, Ambition, and Respect in their everyday behaviors or in specific actions they have performed.
All employees below Director can be nominated for this award. The nominee and nominator do not have to be from the same group/division.

Volunteer on December 14th for Wreaths Across America!
This holiday season, Odyssey will once again participate in Wreaths Across America. In addition to sponsoring a wreath for every employee, Odyssey leadership and employees across the country will volunteer on December 14th to lay wreaths on the headstones of our fallen heroes. Visit the OdysseyCares page for info about Wreaths Across America and how to participate in this event to honor American Veterans. Open Enrollment is Coming Soon!…
The Open Enrollment period—starting in January—will be the only time in 2025 outside of a life event* when you’ll be able to update or otherwise make changes to employee benefits selections like medical insurance, dental insurance, HSA / FSA plans, etc. Keep an eye out for communications from HR for more details, but in the meantime, be sure to review your current benefits selections! Log into UKG Pro, go to Myself, then scroll down and click Manage My Benefits.
Keep a look out for more information, but if you have questions about anything related to employee benefits, check UKG, the benefits website, or… Ask HR!
