Change of Direction—Performance Management: December 19, 2021

We’re jumping to a better process for Employee Performance Reviews! You spoke up and at Odyssey HR we listened!

When the results of the Employee Engagement Survey were compiled, it was clear that our Performance Management Process was a candidate for improvement. This process affects employee development, effective budgeting for increases, and most importantly morale.

Human Resources employed cross-functional teams across Odyssey groups and departments, as well as focus groups, to solicit additional feedback and ideas. The result is a new and improved Performance Management process, timeline, and structure.
