Helpdesk Transition Update: March 20, 2021

Odyssey Team Members,

As you may remember, an announcement regarding changes to the Human Resources organization was announced earlier this year, with a goal of transitioning Human Resources from a helpdesk environment to a more personal approach.

We have made great improvements to date, however, we are still receiving new helpdesk tickets for Human Resources support. Over the coming months, we will be updating the helpdesk platform to provide contacts for Human Resources needs, and removing Human Resources request items from the ticket options dropdown.

Human Resources is committed to providing exceptional and timely support to all employees. We are excited about this transformational journey and hope you are equally enthusiastic about our objective to put the human touch back into Human Resources.
