Over the last six months, we have been communicating our objective to put the “human” back into human resources. This resulted in transitioning Team Member Services “TMS” to a formal human resources department.
As part of this effort, we have been working to transition human resources from a helpdesk environment to a more personalized approach. This has been very successful over the last few months.
We have transitioned to the final phase of this initiative, which resulted in HR and payroll ticket categories being removed from the Helpdesk as an option. In order to make this as easy as possible for our employees, there is a contact list on the Helpdesk to help direct you to the appropriate HR or payroll contact in order to meet your needs.
