HR Organizational Update: August 19, 2021

Hello everyone,

Our HR team continues to evolve to help serve you better! Since our transition to a formal HR department from a helpdesk environment, we have built strong relationships with employees at all levels, providing a human touch in supporting your needs. We have continued to evolve in order to provide the best employee experience.

I am pleased to announce a few changes to the HR structure at Odyssey. Please join me in congratulating Lisa Wilkinson on her promotion to HR Manager. Lisa will take on day-to-day oversight of human resources requests in order to allow me the opportunity to focus on more strategic initiatives and program development. In this new role, Maxine Ferrara will report directly to Lisa. We are also opening an HR Specialist position to focus on benefits administration and administrative support to the HR team. This team member will also report to Lisa.

Vivian Lopez-Agostini has transitioned from Employment Compliance to Human Resources. She will report directly to me and be responsible for HR compliance, I9 processing, leaves of absence and FMLA.

Richard Grossman will continue in his current role reporting to me as HR Information Manager. Richard is our UKG Pro (Ultipro) SME and is responsible for reporting and HR analytics.

I would also like to announce the implementation of the Human Resources Business Partner Model. This model provides human resources business partners for each Odyssey group. This new structure and the assigned partners are directly available to you and your group’s team members. This model provides you with a designated HR contact based on the group you are assigned to. Please reach out to them for any and all of your HR needs.
