Open Enrollment Begins 01/11/2021 – 01/29/2021
Benefit Coverage is from 03/01/2021 – 02/28/2021

Open Enrollment will be passive this year—this means that if you do not want to make any changes to your benefit plans, you do not have to do anything!
If you are enrolled in the flexible spending accounts (FSA) or dependent care accounts (DCA), you must actively re-enroll in those benefits to continue for the 2021 plan year
Dental and vision rates are staying the same—no increase for the 2021 plan year!
Odyssey was able to negotiate the medical rates down to a minimal increase of 1.9% this year!
The healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) annual maximum for the 2021 plan year is still $2750
The Health Savings Account (HSA) annual maximums for the 2021 plan year will be $3,600 for employee-only and $7,200 for family

– Monday, January 11, 2021 – 12pm EST
