There are several factors to consider in order to choose the dental plan that best suits your needs. You have a choice between two Delta Dental plans, both of which use the PPO Plus Premier Network:
Delta Dental High Plan
The High Plan offers better in-network discounts and a $2,000 plan year maximum and offers orthodontia benefits for children 19 and under.
Delta Dental Low Plan
The Low Plan plan offers good in-network discounts and a $1,500 plan year maximum.
Delta Dental Base Plan
The Base Plan plan offers good in-network discounts and a $750 plan year maximum.
