You spoke up and at Odyssey HR we listened!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When the results of the Employee Engagement Survey were compiled, it was clear that our Performance Management Process was a candidate for improvement. This process affects employee development, effective budgeting for increases, and most importantly morale. <\/p>\n<p>Human Resources employed cross-functional teams across Odyssey groups and departments, as well as \u0003focus groups, to solicit additional feedback and ideas.
